Small cottage charm abounds in this hillside home facing the east side of Casco Bay. The site, restricted by local ordinances, the topography as well as lot size, was a design challenge; however the resulting 3 level structure has uncluttered but finely detailed interior spaces giving the splendid feel of being considerably larger than it is.

With all common spaces on the middle level, the upper level provides bedrooms for the owners and guests, while the bottom level has a 2-car garage, exercise pool, half bath, and office.

Walls of windows and decks take advantage of the ocean views and the flower gardens the owners have added. With an eye to design, this hillside lot was beautifully transformed into a place to call home.
