A Little Piece of Heaven

Nestled snugly on a wooded saltwater cove with an open view to the bay, this 1900 square-foot, year-round home is designed to capture the views of nature that surround it. Heated and cooled by heat pumps, the structure is very energy efficient. Clean lines and simple finishes embrace the naturally, filtered light and add an airiness to the space.

The central fireplace, crafted from local granite, warms the open living space and is backed by a screened-in porch. A traditional and functional kitchen and dining area face the open bay. Built-in storage walls and bookcases are found throughout much of the interior taking advantage of all available space. Tucked under the eaves on the second floor are 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full-baths.

The owners of this home bask in the comfort of this uncluttered, yet homey space while enjoying all four seasons on their little piece of heaven! Designed by architect David Matero.
